We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant with Home Life Carers Limited.

As a Care Assistant, you will deliver award-winning care to support our clients in maintaining their independence, dignity, and self-worth. Every day is different, and we need someone who can adapt to changing situations while providing exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times. You will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistance to our clients.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive hourly rate of £12-£14.20, depending on location, plus paid mileage. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and well-being platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), cycle to work scheme, refer a friend scheme, blue light card eligibility, and flexible hours, part-time, and full-time opportunities.
