Salary Range:
We offer a competitive salary range from £13,700 to £19,890 per annum, depending on experience and shift patterns.
Job Description:
This role involves delivering person-centred care to adults in their own homes. As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support with daily tasks, companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication management, and specialist clinical care. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or equivalent
- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience with complex care (desired)
