Care South is a leading provider of residential and nursing care in the UK, known for its commitment to excellence and compassion. We are currently seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Fremington Manor, our country house care home located in Barnstaple, Devon.

The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, providing exceptional person-centred care that prioritizes dignity, respect, and independence. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying the needs and abilities of our residents, delivering high-quality care that meets their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care services to residents, including washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents to remain as independent as possible, promoting their autonomy and well-being
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, providing companionship and emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment
