About the Role

This rewarding position involves providing life-changing support to adults in their communities. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver exceptional care and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users according to individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Support service users in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and participating in community activities
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (training provided for new candidates)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect service user boundaries
