Job Title: Adult Care Assistant

Proud to Care Devon is a leading provider of adult care services in North Devon. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Adult Care Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with our experienced care teams to deliver exceptional care and ensure our residents receive the best possible service.

We offer a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle, including day and night shifts, as well as full-time and part-time options.

Your salary will be approximately £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care and support to our residents
  • To work collaboratively with our care teams to deliver exceptional care
  • To maintain accurate records and reports
  • To participate in training and development opportunities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
