About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Support Worker to join our team at Phoenix Learning and Care Group. As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead shifts and work closely with our Registered Manager to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include leading shifts, supporting children to achieve their goals, ensuring their safety and well-being, and participating in our on-call rota.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,080 per annum, based on 40 hours per week, plus a potential sleep-in allowance up to £6,183 per year. • A strong background in residential childcare or a related field
