Homecare Support Worker

Customcare is seeking an experienced Homecare Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes.
You'll work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.
Key responsibilities will include providing personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistance, as well as accompanying clients on outings and providing companionship. A competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
