**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Homecare team as a Pharmacy Administrator for Homecare Medicines. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in the processing of prescriptions and invoices, ensuring the timely provision of medicines for patients with chronic long-term conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide efficient administrative support for the homecare team
  • Organise and forward prescriptions to homecare providers
  • Participate in order processing and ensure accuracy of invoices and credit notes
  • Investigate discrepancies and errors related to homecare deliveries
