About the Role
Fremington Manor in North Devon is seeking a highly motivated Senior Care Assistant to join their team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents and supporting them to maintain their independence.

The ideal candidate will have completed an NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care and be willing to work towards a NVQ 3. They will also have previous care experience, enabling them to understand care planning and deliver effective support to residents.

Key responsibilities include working alongside a team of Care Assistants, identifying individual needs and abilities of residents, providing companionship, and acting as a point of escalation for any incidents or events.

Salary: approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on 40 hours per week and assuming 52 weeks worked per year.
