Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to promote the children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with the children, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in childcare or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £31,143 - £32,183 per annum, based on 40 hours per week.

Location

The role will be based in and around Barnstaple, North Devon.
