About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Phoenix Learning and Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with social and emotional needs related to Autism, ADHD, or Trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children to have the best quality of life possible, whether through baking at home, fun days out, or taking them on holiday.
  • Ensure our children are kept safe and their plans are suitable for their needs.
  • Monitor their development by keeping our systems and records up to date.

Requirements:

  • Patient, compassionate, and resilient individual who can work with children who may have experienced trauma.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A driving licence to transport children to various activities and outings.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins, and be able to work your full week in 2-3 days.
