Responsibilities
  • Administer Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, and Discretionary Housing Payment applications
  • Collaborate with the Housing, Homelessness, and Council Tax teams to provide effective support to members of the community
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a good understanding of Local Government policies
Requirements
  • Interest in Local Government and helping residents of Rugby
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Good standard of education, including Maths and English GCSE grade C/4 or above
  • Practical experience of ICT systems, including working knowledge of IT programs such as MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

The estimated salary for this position is £20,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
