About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Triumph Consultants Limited as a Housing Strategy Lead, working closely with our team to develop and implement innovative housing solutions.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and monitor housing strategies, policies, and action plans, ensuring alignment with Council objectives and effective resource allocation.
  2. Conduct research and assessments to inform the Housing Strategy and Local Plan policies, identifying areas for improvement and recommending evidence-based solutions.
  3. Engage with local communities and stakeholders to understand their housing needs and preferences, fostering collaboration and inclusive decision-making.
  4. Manage partnerships with key stakeholders, including Homes England, Registered Providers, and developers, to secure community-driven housing projects and maximize resources.
  5. Oversee affordable housing negotiations, ensuring compliance with Section 106 agreements and related regulations.
