Optics Support Manager

Edmund Optics, a leading manufacturer of optics and photonics technology, is seeking a highly competent Product Support Manager to lead its EMEA team.
About the RoleThis office-based position can be located in York (UK), Mainz (Germany), or Lyon (France) and involves managing the Product Support Team to maximize customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have at least three years' experience in technical sales and/or product support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the Product Support Team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Schedule Sales & Applications Engineers to provide adequate phone, email, and chat coverage.
- Assist the team with complex technical inquiries and work towards continuous improvement of sales processes.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report them to stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Edmund Optics offers a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme, private medical insurance, and extensive training opportunities.
