Product Support Team Lead

As a Product Support Manager EMEA at Edmund Optics, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth within the European Market. This office-based position can be located in York (UK), Mainz (Germany), or Lyon (France), offering flexibility and diversity.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in technical sales and/or product support, with knowledge of sales and support processes. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product Support Team to achieve operational effectiveness and high productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase regional customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Sales & Applications Engineers to provide technical support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve sales processes and customer journeys.
We offer a comprehensive salary package of £55,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of employee benefits, including a company pension scheme, private medical & dental insurance, and extensive training and development opportunities.
