Technical Sales and Support Lead

The Product Support Manager EMEA is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of sales and support processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Product Support Team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales processes and customer journeys.
- Managing and developing the Product Support Team to achieve high productivity and individual accountability.
- Scheduling Sales & Applications Engineers to provide adequate phone, email, and chat coverage.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in technical sales and/or product support.
- Strong knowledge of sales and support processes.
- Fluent English language skills, with additional language skills preferred.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
