We are seeking a highly experienced Mental Health Team Lead to join our team at Tewv Brits. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

This role will involve providing clinical supervision, teaching, training, and assessing in clinical practice, as well as leading and managing a team of mental health professionals. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective clinical supervision, teaching, training, and assessing in clinical practice
  • Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals
  • Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively to patients, carers/families, and all members of the multidisciplinary team
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Current professional registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council - RNMH or RNLD (RNSC - CAMHS only) - RGN (If appropriate)
  • Recognised Practice Supervisor and/or Practice Assessor, clinical educator or equivalent
  • Trained in Clinical Supervision and providing clinical supervision OR willingness to work towards within 6 months
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
