Dental Nurse Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Nurse to join our team as a Lead Dental Nurse. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team and providing excellent patient care.
About the Role- As a Lead Dental Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team and ensuring that they deliver an exceptional service to patients and clinicians.
- You will work closely with the Centre Manager, Dental Nurse Mentor, and Lead Receptionist to support the smooth running of the centre.
- You will be responsible for managing the decontamination room in line with HTM 01-05 and CQC compliance.
- Lead the nursing team by being an excellent role model of nursing practice.
- Support the team to deliver excellent nursing support to clinicians.
- Work closely with clinicians to carry out chairside nursing support while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Manage the decontamination room in line with HTM 01-05 and CQC compliance.
- Assist in the care of patients during medical or dental emergencies.
- Qualified as a Dental Nurse.
- Registered with the General Dental Council as a Dental Nurse.
- Qualified in Team Leadership.
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
