Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Specialist to join our team in Harrogate. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering patient care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Job OverviewThe post holder will work closely with Registered Mental Health nurses, Support workers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and partner agencies to provide high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing clinical supervision and leadership to team members
- Contributing to quality improvement activities and evidence-based practice
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current Professional Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council - RMN/RNLD
- Recognised Practice Assessor/Practice Supervisor qualification or equivalent experience
- Postgraduate diploma in a relevant subject or willingness to achieve within 2 years
- Experience working at Band 6 or above in a relevant clinical area
The estimated salary for this role is £43,041-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
