We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Clinical Specialist Nurse to join our team in Harrogate Memory service. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with professionals to assess, plan and provide patient care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented nurse to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for leading on professional development and the delivery of evidence-based practice, ensuring high standards of nursing and driving quality improvement initiatives.

About This Role
  • Responsibility for leading on professional development and the delivery of evidence-based practice
  • Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan and provide patient care
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Person Specifications
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with current registration
  • Recognised Practice Assessor/Practice Supervisor or currently in progress of achieving
  • Trained in Clinical Supervision and providing Clinical Supervision or in the process of achieving
  • Postgraduate diploma in a relevant subject or willingness to achieve within 2 years
  • Within the first year of being in post hold a recognised qualification in a governed therapy/advanced clinical qualification
Benefits

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
