About the Job
\We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare, a leading provider of high-quality care services. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support to our residents.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.\
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.\
- Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic care team, working closely with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.\
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.\
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying current with industry standards and innovations.\
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.\
- Assist with medication administration, wound care, and other tasks as required, following established protocols and guidelines.\
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.\
- Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.\

Requirements:

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).\
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.\
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a care home setting.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.\
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and meeting deadlines.\
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and adapting to changing circumstances.\
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.\
