Job Title: Activities Programme Lead

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced and innovative Activities Programme Lead to join our team.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging activities programmes for residents at our care homes. You will work closely with residents, their families and our care teams to develop tailored programmes that meet the needs of each individual.

  • Design and deliver imaginative, fun and motivational activities
  • Work collaboratively with care teams to create a stimulating environment

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, able to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions. They will also be able to communicate effectively with residents, their families and our care teams.
