About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (857).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a real difference in improving access to dental services and health outcomes across Yorkshire and Humber.
As a key member of our team, you will provide business support to our Programme Lead and wider Dental Commissioning Team, ensuring the smooth running of meetings and networks.
You will have a strong administrative background, including experience with IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from across 3 ICB areas, developing strong working relationships and contributing to the delivery of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist administrative and project support to the Yorkshire and Humber Dental Commissioning Team.
- Lead on governance meetings and clinical networks, including agenda development, paper distribution, minute taking, and feedback analysis.
- Establish and maintain sites, databases, and tools for the team on Sharepoint and the Future NHS Collaboration Platform.
- Manage the electronic diary for the Deputy Director of the team, arranging appointments and prioritizing tasks.
- Input, monitor, and check data for time-bound and ongoing projects within the team.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
