About the role...
We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Controller to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of manufacturers and handle a diverse range of vehicles and models.
As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for managing the process of optimising workshop resources to meet agreed departmental budgets. You will take great pride in your work, helping us to deliver exceptional customer experiences and setting an unrivalled standard for the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a safe workshop environment in accordance with HSO requirements.
- Plan the distribution of work amongst the team taking into account individual skill levels.
- Analyse and manage the effective use of workshop resources and monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to ensure the company's targets and KPIs are met.
- Manage liaison between workshop and service reception on customer vehicle progress.
- Support the Service Manager in day-to-day duties.
- Carry out quality control in the workshop.
- Offer exceptional customer service, including maintaining customer relationships.
- Taking care of any customer issues or complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
About You

- Hold a full UK driving licence.
