We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Bank Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.\
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.\
  • Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic care team, working closely with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.\
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying current with industry standards and innovations.\
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.\
  • Assist with medication administration, wound care, and other tasks as required, following established protocols and guidelines.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organisation.\
  • Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.\

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).\
  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.\
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a care home setting.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.\
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and meeting deadlines.\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and adapting to changing circumstances.\
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.\
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying current with industry trends and best practices.\
