Tewv Brits is an established trust providing healthcare services in Harrogate. We are seeking a Clinical Specialist Nurse to join our team in Harrogate Memory service.
Job DescriptionThe post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing clinical supervision and leadership to team members
- Contributing to quality improvement activities and evidence-based practice
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current Professional Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council - RMN/RNLD
- Recognised Practice Assessor/Practice Supervisor qualification or equivalent experience
- Postgraduate diploma in a relevant subject or willingness to achieve within 2 years
- Experience working at Band 6 or above in a relevant clinical area
The estimated annual salary for this role is £42,633-£69,270, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working hours, and access to training and development programs.
