Job Title: Care and Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Care and Wellbeing Coordinator.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment for residents at Barchester care homes. You will devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability.

  • Develop tailored activities programmes focused on wellbeing, independence and social engagement
  • Get to know residents and their families

The ideal candidate will be warm, empathetic and personable. They will be able to develop their skills with training and support.
