Job Title: Resident Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Engagement Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering activities programmes that promote resident engagement and wellbeing. You will work closely with residents, their families and our care teams to create tailored programmes that meet the needs of each individual.

  • Design and deliver activities programmes that promote resident engagement and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with care teams to create a stimulating environment

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with residents, their families and our care teams. They will also be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to challenges.
