We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Companion Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

You will be responsible for providing daily living support, companionship, and sharing meaningful moments with our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment where every day will be different.

We offer a competitive salary of £9.50-£10.50 per hour, depending on experience, as well as flexible working hours and free learning and development opportunities. If you have a can-do approach, excellent communication skills, and a warm-hearted attitude, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
