We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant - Health and Social Care. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
About the Role:
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, supporting meal preparation, administering medication, and providing companionship and emotional support. You will also assist with light household tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment and document care provided and report changes in service users' needs.
