Teaching Assistant Special Needs

A SEN Education Assistant is required to join our team at a Special Needs School in Knaresborough.
This full-time position is available immediately, and the ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting pupils with Education and Health Care Plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with complex medical needs and varying special educational needs
- Collaborate with teachers to develop personalized learning plans
- Assist with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our teaching staff to develop innovative strategies for supporting students with special educational needs.
Requirements:- Previous experience working with students with special educational needs
- Valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Two satisfactory references
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £36,000 per annum, based on current grade, experience, and payroll method.
