Healthcare Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker. As one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK, we offer a great range of benefits, including a competitive salary and opportunities for career development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality personal care to our residents, supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene. They will also provide emotional support to individuals and their families, and work with significant people in our residents' lives, such as friends and family, by giving them confidence and reassurance and involving them in our residents' care.
To succeed in this role, you will be a team player who engages well with others, a strong communicator and influencer, energetic and hard-working, flexible and adaptable to change, passionate about offering superior services, and want to make a difference. If you possess these qualities or have worked in a retail, supermarket, warehouse, or other customer-facing environment, then no experience of working as a Care Assistant is necessary.
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you can expect a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You will also receive access to excellent training, free meals, and free onsite parking.
