Key Responsibilities:- Ensure legal compliance and best practice across all departments.
- Develop safety strategies for the prevention of workplace accidents, investigate incidents, and implement prevention measures.
- Monitor and assess departmental Health, Safety & Environmental issues and implement control measures to reduce risks.
- Advise on legal compliance and lead HSE meetings with reports, information on accident statistics, and new legislation.
- Develop and deliver HSE training to staff.
- Work on health and safety projects.
- Maintain the management system ISO 14001.
