Role Overview:

The Delivery Operations Specialist role involves working as part of a dynamic team to deliver mail and packages to local communities, ensuring that customers receive their items in a timely and efficient manner.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong sense of customer focus. A full UK manual driving licence is also essential for operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses within assigned areas, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery operations, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines when operating company vehicles and handling mail/packages.
