Role Summary: Project Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team at Randstad UK. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our programmes by delivering projects to high standards.

About the Job:

  • You will be responsible for managing programme delivery processes, ensuring compliance and finance claims.
  • Preparation of funding returns through funding portals/CRMs.
  • Design and delivery of marketing plans with the Centre Manager and College Marketing team.
  • Coordination of programme activities, including webinars, events, and training courses.
  • Collation of financial claims for submission to funders.
  • Management of procurement and payment for programme resources, ensuring compliance with college policies.

Salary Information:

This is a Band 6 role with an estimated annual salary of £39,200 based on 37 hours per week.

Essential Requirements:

  • A qualification at level 5 (or above) in any discipline, plus at least two years' experience supporting programmes/projects, or
  • A qualification at level 4 (or above) in any discipline, plus at least three years' experience supporting programmes/projects.
  • English GCSE (Grade C) or equivalent.
  • Maths GCSE (Grade C) or equivalent.
