About the Role:

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Belfast, Duncrue Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and financial record-keeping, with accuracy and precision.
  • Organize meetings and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Perform data entry roles, updating records and databases for personnel, financial, and legal information, with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Process orders and returned goods, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

We require previous office experience or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and order processing experience from email.
