Job Summary
Mpa Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator to join our team in Belfast. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our teams, including organizing files, managing patient documentation, and responding to phone calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage files and documentation.
- Assist staff with patient documentation.
- Respond to telephone calls and email inquiries.
- Collect and distribute daily mail.
- Ensure accurate filing of patient documentation.
- Facilitate discharge procedures.
- Collaborate with the Admin Lead.
- Support the feedback process.
- Provide administrative support.
- Assist in the archiving process.
Requirements
- 4 GCSE's Grades A-C, including English, and previous paid experience in admin/clerical sector.
- Demonstrated skills: computer skills, data entry, phone etiquette, multitasking, organization, teamwork, and flexibility.
