Job Overview:

We are looking for an Office Coordinator with audio capabilities to join our client's team in the Greater Belfast/Holywood area. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist role, excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, arranging passes for guests
  • Audio typing of patient information
  • Maintenance of the office space

Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist role, previous audio typing skills, eligibility to work in the UK & Northern Ireland.

About the Role: This permanent part-time position offers flexibility with a range of hours available. Our client is an independent health facilitation organisation based in the Greater Belfast/Holywood area.

Additional Information: This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organisational skills. A competitive salary is offered, dependent on experience.
