  • Welcoming guests professionally.
  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the relevant staff member.
  • Maintaining a clean, well-organized office environment.
  • Providing administrative support to Office Management and Corporate Services teams.
  • Coordinating office meetings and events.
  • Inventory management and scheduling tasks.
  • Supporting Health and Safety requirements and coordination.
  • Negotiating with 3rd party vendors.
  • Undertaking other duties as needed.
