Job Overview: Brook Street is seeking an experienced Medical Office Coordinator to join our team in Carlisle Centre, North Belfast. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our medical staff and patients.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for transporting patient files to other hospitals or units as needed. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for all forms of communication between the Consultant, patients, relatives, hospital staff, General Practitioners and their staff, and outside agencies.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of one year's experience in administration. You must also have GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
