Engineer Uk is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Office Administrator to support daily operations in the Medical Examination Centre. This full-time role involves preparing medical rooms and equipment, updating and maintaining records, and providing regular telephone liaison with MSC.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare medical rooms and equipment for the Medical Practitioner and customers
  • Update and maintain records by using computer systems and accurately capture and enter data on relevant systems
  • Regular telephone liaison with MSC - respond to all contacts from internal & external customers made via various channels
  • Provide cover at other medical examination centres within the region

The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative/customer-facing role, preferably in an office environment. A driver's license with access to own vehicle and knowledge of MS Office applications are also essential.
