About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist with audio typing abilities to join our client's team in the Greater Belfast/Holywood area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient appointments, and maintaining a well-organised office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Front-of-house duties, including answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Organising and coordinating patient appointments
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Audiotyping patient information

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Demonstrated audio typing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions: The successful candidate will have flexible working hours, with a guaranteed 20 hours per week. Salary is competitive, ranging from £13-13.50 per hour, depending on experience.
