Office Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Belfast. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to management, including filing, photocopying, and dealing with incoming and outgoing enquiries
* Assist with all aspects of clerical support to ensure efficient services, including diary management, handling patient records, and arranging appointments/meetings
* Take and distribute minutes of meetings, using relevant computer software and systems to maintain accurate records
* Handle call handling/reception cover and order stationery and office supplies
Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months clerical/administrative experience
* Knowledge of healthcare/medical/public sector would be highly desirable
* Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills
* Confidence in data entry and ability to demonstrate independent working
