Rentals & Maintenance Administrator required for busy office in Belfast docks to assist with day to day operations running a fleet of over 750 plus trailers servicing mainly the transport industry In Northern Ireland.
**Main Duties to include.**
Carrying out daily stock checks.
Processing Time sheets.
Checking equipment on and off hire.
Raising hire agreements on rental system.
Updating movements book & rentals Board.
Photographing trailers on & off hire.
Raising purchase orders.
Keeping customer insurance records updated.
Arranging breakdowns & maintenance work.
Assisting maintenance team with filing worksheets and time sheets.
Updating maintenance records.
Sending out weekly service alerts & mot requests.
Essential skills
Strong administrative skills.
Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience an advantage however not essential.
Decent level of education required.
Full training to be given.
Interest in trucks & transport.
Package
44hrs per week.
8.00am -5.30pm Mon to Friday
9.00 to 12.00pm Every 4 weeks
1 Hr meal break per day.
Overtime Time and half.
Pension offered after 6 months.
Holidays 25 days per year plus Stats.
**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
