**Administration Officer** position working within the Transport Industry
**Diverse Talent** are proud to be supporting our award-winning client based in **North Belfast.**
Due to extended growth, our amazing client is looking to expand their admin team. Looking for someone with a passion for administration, finance and the transport industry, could you be the newest member of a tight-knit, supportive team? This is an amazing opportunity for anyone with at least 12 months experience in a similar administrative role, looking for a company that will provide training and development opportunities.
Our client is well-established in their field, having won many awards, with offices based all over the UK and Ireland. Operating globally, providing a high-level service to their esteemed clients, there is a high importance placed upon the accounts team to work together to provide their clients with the best possible experience.
**The Role**:
- You will be working in a small team to be the first point of contact for the companies’ customer base, dealing with customer damage billings
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers and suppliers
- Process high volumes of rechargeable estimates in a timely and efficient manager, in accordance with company procedures, including matching to purchase orders
- Dealing with queries from stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
- General administrative support
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasis on great telephone manner
- Outstanding attention to detail, efficiency and organisation skills
- Experience with microsoft programs including Excel and Word
**Desirable**:
- Previous experience/passion for the transport industry
- IT and Finance experience
