Administrative Support Opportunity
KPMG Ireland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Office Coordinator to join their team in Belfast. This role will involve providing administrative support to top-level managerial staff, managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and handling confidential information with discretion.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Senior Office Coordinator, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. They will also have knowledge of office management systems and procedures, as well as proficiency in MS Office and English. Additionally, they will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external correspondence, including responding to emails and phone calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book travel, transport, and accommodation
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including data entry and research
