Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused Back Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Back Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the Greater Belfast area, working Monday to Friday, 37.50 hours per week. This role offers a competitive salary of £11.45 - £11.67 per hour, plus a range of benefits.

About the Role:
As a Back Office Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administrative and clerical support, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and record-keeping
  • Answering telephone enquiries and managing diaries
  • Preparing documents, typing reports, and updating records using a computerised system
  • Supporting minute taking, note taking, and secretarial duties

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 1 year's relevant experience within an administration or clerical capacity
  • Experience in a role within a Health and Social Care Trust would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficient user of MS Office and computerised systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
