Office Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Selection Services in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in administration, reception, and payroll operations.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating office operations, including reception and call handling duties
- Providing administrative support to the Payroll team
- Preparing and posting invoices, and maintaining accurate records
We require applicants to have at least one experience in an office environment and to be computer literate, with a good understanding of Excel spreadsheets. Training will be provided on Payroll.

- Ensuring efficient and effective office operations
- Providing excellent customer service
- Meeting deadlines and targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment
- Computer literate, with a good understanding of Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
