We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vitalis Health Private GP Clinic in Belfast. As a key member of our front-desk staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with patient check-in, registration, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support to doctors, phlebotomists, and other healthcare staff as needed.
  • Liaise with patients, relatives, and external parties to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in administration, business, or related field (not essential).
