Job Overview: Randstad UK is seeking an experienced Medical Support Coordinator to support management teams in the efficient delivery of services across the healthcare sector. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer packages and programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Maintaining diaries
  • Minute taking/Note taking
  • Arranging meetings
  • Word processing/audio typing letters/producing reports

Requirements: A minimum of 12 months relevant secretarial or clerical experience is essential, along with knowledge of the Health service and strong communication skills. IT proficiency and accurate data entry skills are also required. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management skills.

Benefits: This role offers a competitive pay scale of £11.67 - £12.86 per hour, full-time hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and part-time hours pending experience. Enhanced holiday package, pension, and ongoing training and development opportunities are also available.
